DirectX 11 No improvement in Graphics

  You'll have wait for some actual direct x 11 games to be released. Direct x 11 is much like Direct x 10 but more optimized, faster.

  yep.. but wat abt halo 2..???
  it shows low FPS in Windows 7..

  There's no nVidia DirectX 11 graphics cards yet, or games. :-)  You'll need to wait for support from the graphics card manufacterers and game developers.
