  Do you have a Vimicro web camera? If so, you may need to update the drivers for this device. Maybe this will help you, visit the www.A4tech.com. It's all free  and no limits of how much you can use it. It tells you what you have to do including directions on installations, as well as getting the correct drivers for your   web camera for your version of Windows. Hope this helps you.
