고정Fable: The Lost chapters not installing...

    I bought Fable: The Lost Chapters recently and went home to install it. When I got to the product key and entered it in it sayed it was invalid, I thought they might have messed it up or something so I took it back and got a new one. I went back to install the new one and the same thing happened. What is wrong? Why can't I install the game? Is it because I have windows vista? I thought this game could run on Vista...

    As suggested, call the micosoft suport number at  (800) 537-8324 .  Explain the situation and they will give you a case number and transfer you to the techinal support desk.  After checking your product key again, and asking you for the part number of Disk #1, you will be given a new product key.

    Hey Drymantilor,

    If you are getting error related to product key there would not be any issue related to your Operating System.

    If you have a genuine product key it should ideally work. However, in some cases product key does not work, you can contact Microsoft on 1800-936-5700 and give them the part number that starts with the letter X, it would be on the inner circle of the CD that you have purchased, they should be able to give you a product key that should work.

    i cant install fable: the lost chapters ive even got another one but nether of them work and ive tryed a link on the back of the case www.microsoft.com/games/fable/   and that dosnt work ether it says to check the product key on the certificat of authentisity but the certificat dosnt have it its in the case but it dosnt work and my computers working fine but it still wont work please tell me wat to do i duno where im suposed to do this EOLA please tell me wat to do or wat im doing wrong
