    As refer to the title shown above, my maxtor basics portable storage 120HB hardisk recognized as unknown device every time when i plugged into the USB port 2.0

    The hardisk is just return to me from the factory after being repaired. And initially i also couldn't use the hardisk, after many times of plugged in plugged out, the hardisk was finally works, but after that once i restart my computer, i couldn't use again.

    I have updated all my drivers to the latest one, using Home Premiun 32 bit with SP2, but still cannot use it.
    Also, I have just reformatted my PC, so everything in this PC is still new.

    It was like you need to bang your luck to use the hardisk as sometimes it can use ,sometimes it can't.
