Is this Trace Route Normal? Access to Microsoft Downloads and Windows Update blocked by Charter, Google, et. al.
- I was trying to update my computer while visiting relatives and I noticed that I received Code 80244019 for Windows Update. For other Microsoft download web sites, I got a message such as "unable to connect to server" from various web browsers. I can download files from the website of other companies but I am curious as to the opinions on why Microsoft download web sites and Windows Updates would be blocked in particular.
