Printer not printing
- HI
have a lenova 3000 series printer(NAIL ART PRINTER) which is new and unable to print using it. When i send the print job it goes and the dialogue box for showing progress does not come. When i check in the printer folder, it shows that the job is on the queue. Using Windows Vista and when i check on the device manager profile for the computer it does not show the printers folder. kindly assist on what i should do?

- I suggest you contact Nail art direct http://www.inailart.com/contact.html
According to the website, a cd came with the printer - there you will find the operation manual and it will tell you what the flashing LEDs mean and about the "battons". I would think that the flashing light might mean that the ink is not put in correctly or has run out.
I have found Vista drivers on a UK site using similar printers here http://www.nailprinter.co.uk/cjr3000en.exe
Why isn't the pick-up head of the printer working?
A:
It is because the software driver is not set up or the operating system isn't working properly. Just re-install the software driver or restart the computer
Why isn't the serial-port communication of the printer working properly?

It is because the operating system isn't working properly. Just restart the computer to solve this problem.
With technical answers like that, no wonder you need help!!
Find the user guide on the CD - it's your best bet, I couldn't find the user guide online for this printer.

Hello John,
Thank you for posting. I tried to research your printer but, after researching the IBM website I was unable to locate any information on a Lenovo 3000 series printer. Make sure when you reply that you have the model number information for the printer correct. Click on Start and type Printers in the search bar. Click on Devices and Printers in the search results. This will bring up the printers that are installed on your system. Is your printer listed under the Printers and Faxes heading? If it is there, is it “grayed out”? If it is either not there or is “grayed out” this indicates that it is either not installed or there is a problem with the driver file installation. I would recommend that you use the software that came with the printer to reinstall the driver/printer software. If reinstalling the drivers solves the problem let us know. If not, please include the correct model number for the printer and any error messages you receive when you try to print in your response.
Thanks,
Jack
