    What are the error codes?

Open Windows Update and review your history. Locate the update/s that have failed to install (To view the information about the failed update/s - double-click on the update ). Check each update, if it has error code 800f0826 then keep going until you get a different error code. The update with the different error code is most likely the one that caused the problem and needs to be fixed before you can get other updates.

Are there any further clues in Windows Update Log?

    %windir%\windowsupdate.log (c:\windows\windows Update.log)

    or this log file -

    %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log (tracks events) (c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log)
