Vista keeps telling me to update same file over and over again
- I have downloaded this file about 20 times, and yet it still tells me to update again and again.

I've tried looking everywhere around the forums, nothing works. I uninstalled the update, and installed it again. It worked for a while, but then it told me to prompt the update again.

For additional assistance, please see the "How to obtain help..." and "Known Issues" sections of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954430/PS: "Vista 32bit" is not your full Windows version...unless neither SP1 nor SP2 is installed, in which case you have much more serious problems than KB954430 being reoffered.

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7 RC; Win7 RTM) when posting in a forum or newsgroup. Please do so in your next reply.
