    How do I reset the Windows Update settings?

    I HAVE A COMPUTER , FIRST IT WAS WITH WINDOWS VISTA, BUT I HAD CHANGED TO WINDOWS XP; WHAT CAN I DO TO PLACE WINDOWS VISTA AGAIN?????? MY COMP CAME WITHOUT THE CD. OF WINDOWS VISATA. PLEASE ADVISED ME???
