    *Error Message: 800ccc0e - Protocol: SMTP* "The connection to the server has failed".

    The indicates a blocked SMTP port.Verify with your Provider about this, Alternatively, try changing your SMTP port from "25" to "8025". Also disable all Virus Software, Email Scanners, and Firewalls as these could be causing the issue.
