Using Windows Vista Business, how can I delete shortcuts from a specific user account's desktop without deleting it from all users' desktops?

I set parental control on my lap top and I'm only a standard account. I need to take the control off but it is under the admin account. I don't have a password for the admin account. Any ideas on how I can shut the control off?
