i can not visit a website that i use to visit all the time. It is a safe and secure site i use for my business where people go to purchase gift certificates. whenever i try to visit the site now i get a yellow triangle with a "!" in it. It states that:
"Your connection to the website is not encrypted." and "Website does not supply identity information."
I have set the site as a  safe site. and i even turned the "internet / Protected Mode: Off" Neither of those worked.
I called the company and they said they have not changed the site and noone else is having the problem.
My computer is a brand New 2 month old HP with a windows Vista Operating System. Please Help!

    Hi Serenity Spa,

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft answers forums!

    a)    Did you make any changes to the computer?

    b)    Do you recall updating the security software?

    c)    Which version of internet explorer (IE) are you using (IE7, IE8)?

Run internet explorer 8 in compatibility view, check if it helps

Some Web sites may not be displayed correctly or work correctly in Windows Internet Explorer 8

ImportantWhen you reset Internet Explorer settings, all add-ons, stored passwords within IE and customizations are deleted, and you basically start with a fresh version of Internet Explorer.
