    My HP laptop came with Win Vista and preloaded with HP total care advisor  HP total care advisor for vista  has stopped working....I get a MS window that states "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify
    you if a solution is available" 

    How can I fix this? Can I uninstall and download the program from MS or HP website?  Any solutions?
