i want ask what do you mean about ntrlda? because i cannot open or start my laptop its says ntrlda is missing press the missing key what is the missing key? can you help me. thanx.

If I understand you correctly, you have a problem of "NTLDR is missing." Were you by any chance doing a Upgrade from XP to Vista?
If so, please see the link below.
