I am unable to uninstall a program. When I click on uninstall I just keep getting the two pages of Alpha antivirus commands to protect my computer and purchase their product.__
- I have used the normal procedure for uninstalling the program but I am not getting good results. One good thing has happened though, after I re-booted the computer the two icons for the AlPHA antivirus program were gone from my taskbar but the program still remains. I am seeing the logo for the program in the proper area when I go into the page for uninstalling programs but I am not able to unintsall.

- What a great response you had for me. I am very happy that I was able to get rid of the problem without spending any money. Spy Hunter's manual removal guide was very easy to use. It seems like the key was in using the task manager to stop the process of the file from running. When it was no longer running it was defenseless. We can then delete the files and finally the program. An added benefit in using the removal guide was that I spotted a file of the personal anti-virus from four months ago. I got rid of it also. I am very pleased that you took the time to help me and it did not cost me one cent. Free stuff is great!
- Happy to have helped! Good Work!
