So i restalled using the 64-bit cd. Np Problem....installed the drives i saved on my stick that i needed for the paint shop prox2. Everything went fine. thanks to all that tried to help me.

- Check with the Windows 7 compatibility center if the Paint shop pro 2 is compatible or not:

Try re-installing the sofwtare. - I don't have window 7 only windows vista home prem
I had this software before i got this pn last year. i installed the softeware no problem. till one day i started have problem and had to reboot my pc. when i rebbooted my pc and install the paint shop pro x2. That's when i started having this problem with this software loading. Installed went ok no problem. but when i clicked on the icon i got the blue screen and it shut down & restarted. I contacted my pc company it took him about 4-5 hours to solve the problem. I saved the softeware on a Stick for just in case. Later in had to reboot again. I installed the softeware again plus the drives i saved on my stick storage. No problems it worked till a few weeks ago. my hard drive crashed. the company sent me a new one. i installed it everything from the two cd's they sent. Installed my paint shop pro x2 again alsong with the drives from my storage sticks. But this time i get the blue screnn once again. i've been download Directx 10 that's what the man clicked on to fix it the time before and i saved to my memory stick. But so many differant directx 10 that i don't now which one so far nothing. still get the bluescreen..... I just don't know what to do...help
