    Update I Got It Fixed Now Thanks All


    Hello
    I have a problem with PAint Shop Pro x2 Program trying to load. when i click on the program i get a blue screen saying it crashed & it restarts my pc. I went to corel.com & downloaded the patches & upgrades. This happen one time before. it took the tech about 4 hours to fix it. My hard drive crashed & just got a new one from the company. i have installed everything. works fine installed all my programs. just this one program wont load. I have windows vista home premium.

    If anyone know how to fix this please help me.......

    I found the problem..... I didn't notice the cd's the company had sent with the new hard drive. It had 32-bit not 64-bit. So i called the up. they said they was sorry...yea right. So i restalled using the 64-bit cd. Np Problem....installed the drives i saved on my stick that i needed for the paint shop prox2. Everything went fine. thanks to all that tried to help me.

    Check with the Windows 7 compatibility center if the Paint shop pro 2 is compatible or not:

    Try re-installing the sofwtare.

    I don't have window 7 only windows vista home prem

    I had this software before i got this pn last year. i installed the softeware no problem. till one day i started have problem and had to reboot my pc. when i rebbooted my pc and install the paint shop pro x2. That's when i started having this problem with this software loading. Installed went ok no problem. but when i clicked on the icon i got the blue screen and it shut down & restarted. I contacted my pc company it took him about 4-5 hours to solve the problem. I saved the softeware on a Stick for just in case. Later in had to reboot again. I installed the softeware again plus the drives i saved on my stick storage. No problems it worked till a few weeks ago. my hard drive crashed. the company sent me a new one. i installed it everything from the two cd's they sent. Installed my paint shop pro x2 again alsong with the drives from my storage sticks. But this time i get the blue screnn once again. i've been download Directx 10 that's what the man clicked on to fix it the time before and i saved to my memory stick. But so many differant directx 10 that i don't now which one so far nothing. still get the bluescreen..... I just don't know what to do...help
