    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Answers community.

    When was the last time you did not have this issue?

    What were the changes made prior to this issue?

    Method 1:

    First thing to try is to restore your computer to a point where you did not have this issue.

    Open System Restore by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking System Restore. Administrator permission required If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Note: Before you start System Restore, save any open files and close all programs. System Restore will restart your computer.

    Method 2:

    If you are not able to uninstall the program from programs and features menu, let’s try to do it from Windows Cleanup utility. Link below contains the cleanup utility package. Download and try to remove it from the cleanup utility.
