Activating Outlook requires product key to be entered again but does not recognise it.
- A Samsung laptop running Vista purchsed 9 months ago. Laptop came with trial version of Office.
Vendor (John Lewis) offered deal on Office Home and Student 2007 which we accepted and installed thinking the trial version would go away. On intallation the product key - M63HB-HRX4K-D48BR-42XYJ-XG69J was accepted but whenever Outlook is started a product key is requested and when entered (as above) rejected.
The message implies that there is a limited number of starts before Outlook is disabled. It's driving me nuts - HELP!!!!
