vista64 won't install webcam driver no way NO how !! I have used vista's driver, I have used the install CD. I have used drivers from various setups. None will install. Fix it - Microsoft ATS is USELESS. PC less than 2 months old.

I would try MS Dynamic Cache Service if it was 32 bit and appropriate. I have read of GetSystemFileCacheSize API and 'Set' of the same, would this help me and are they for 32 bit machines?
