I have vista home premium on an inspiron 1525 and it regularly will not shut down, it reboots three times then finally shuts down. Any way to fix this so it shuts down once.

I would try MS Dynamic Cache Service if it was 32 bit and appropriate. I have read of GetSystemFileCacheSize API and 'Set' of the same, would this help me and are they for 32 bit machines?
