AnswerEvery time I start up my vista the taskbar changes to classic.

    When I restart my vista pc the taskbar and window theme change from windows aero to classic. I can still change it to aero but it always changes back to classic. I still have loads of space left in my memory. Why is this happening? Help.

    Hello cthlkln,

    Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers Community.

       - Click Start Orb > type device manager in the search box
       - Click device manager in the results above
       - Expand Display adapters
       - Right-click on your display adapter > click Uninstall
       - Restart your computer and allow Windows to reinstall the driver

    You need to uninstall the graphics drivers and then restart the computer.
    After restart install the updated graphics card driver back on the computer by downloading it from graphics card manufacturer's website.

    Also try SFC scan:

    What is a graphics driver? And what one is included in windows vista? Is it NVIDIA, because I can't find it on my computer.
