AnswerBackup will not work

    When I try to open or run the Backup Program I get an error message then this information as the solution.

    "This problem was caused by a compatibility issue between your computer's Away Mode System and your 64-bit version of Windows. The Away Mode System is only compatible with 32-bit versions of Windows. This problem is not critical, but you can prevent it from occurring again by disabling the Away Mode System in your computer's BIOS. Refer to the instructions that came with your computer that explain how to access the BIOS and turn off Away Mode System support."

    My MB is an Asus M2N32-SLI and I find cannot find any referance to "Away Mode System" in the Bios or User Guide.

    Hello Todd17651,

    Thank you for posting.  I believe this is referring to the AI Nap feature that allows your ASUS motherboard to go into a low power state when the computer is not in use.  Consult your ASUS mobo documentation for how do disable this feature or contact ASUS support.
