    Hi CONCHONEY,

Welcome to Windows Vista Answers Forums!

First you can check whether the Windows Time Service is running, if it is Stopped, then Restart the Service by following the steps:

    1)    Click on Start, type Services in Start Search and hit Enter

    2)    Right Click on Windows Time Service and Select Start.

You may also try to set the Time in the Bios.

Restart your computer by pressing F11 or Delete button and in Bios on left hand side you will get an option to change Time and date, change the settings there.

Check the system manufacturer manual to get in touch with the system manufacturer for information on how to set time in the BIOS.

Note: Modifying BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

    Hope this information is helpful.
