netflix not working in VMC.
My family uses Netflix almost religously. Today, I opened up VMC and had the following message:
NOT DESIGNED FOR WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER
This Web site may not be designed or viewing from a distance or for remote control interaction. Do you want to view it in Windows Media Center anyway or create a deskto shortuct to view it later?
I have this same message on multiple computer that worked with netflix just a few days ago. No matter what button I click on (View later / view now / cancel) nothing happens. I have rebooted, uninstalled and re installed silverlight, uninstalled and reinstalled netflixinwindowsmediacenter and I still get the same message.
I called netflix and they say that it is a problem with windows media center and recommend that i use my web browser, which does work with netflix.
The point is that I want it to work with windows media center!!!!
Any help would greatly appreciated!!!!
thanks,
M

Netflix is 90% of what I use this HTPC for so this is a huge deal to me and all the others who use Netflix so much in WMC. - Same thing is happening to me since last night.
- Same thing here as well. Kind of miserable. If someone can help us Netflix/Vista WMC users out we would all be grateful!

- not sure if that's necessary anymore, the site seems to be up and working again. We brought it up this morning. Looks like the tech geeks at Netflix got the word and corrected the issue. Anyone else still having problems??
Enjoy!! - The problem seems to have been resolved for me.
