    Hi Pugluv,

    I would like to ask you more questions to have a better understanding of the issue.

    Ø  Which email client are you using?

    Ø  From when are you facing this issue?

    Ø  Which antivirus are you using?

    Once the email has left the Outbox and if u can see a copy in the sent items the problem is with the

    Server. I would suggest you to check with your email service provider.

    You may try to disable the antivirus and see if it helps. Also check the security level on internet explorer.

    Ø  Open Internet Explorer à tools àInternet optionsàsecurity

    Try and let us know the response.
