    Why do i get grey boxes instead of pictures on emails sent to me, is there a setting or anything i can do to sort this problem out. ty :)

    Are you facing this issue on a web based mail or on an email client like outlook?

    When was the last time it was working fine?

    Does this happen with all the mails that contain the picture? Or is it with a particular mail?

    If it is a web based mail, let’s try to optimize your Internet explorer.
