    Please tell me what is the best anonymous internet surfer software for IE that work on any country and have a fast speed?

    We at Microsoft will not be able to recommend a Third party software to you, hence I would suggest Use your favorite Search Engine and choose a internet surf software that would suit your preferences.  

    NOTE: Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software can be solved. Using Third Party Software is at your own risk.
