Hi Montem,
Thank you for using Microsoft Windows Vista Forums.
I will require some additional information to assist you better.
Ø Are you using any email clients?
Ø Which is the email client installed on your computer?
Ø Are you using Internet Explorer to check your emails?
If you are using Internet Explorer, follow the instructions and check if the issue is resolved.
To have us reset Internet Explorer for you, go to the “Fix it for me” section and click on “Fix it” button.
How to reset Internet Explorer settings
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
When you reset Internet Explorer settings, all add-ons and customizations are deleted, and you basically start with a fresh version of Internet Explorer.
Disclaimer: Resetting Internet Explorer's settings is not reversible. After a reset, all previous settings are lost and cannot be recovered.
If you are using msn, I would recommend checking Windows live specific resources:

http://windowslivehelp.com/community/
http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=a&market=en-us
http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowslive
Please post back and let us know if this has helped to resolve your issue.

- Since none of us have access to Microsoft Support ticket info, posting the error message(s) word for word, exactly as they appear on your screen would bee a whole lot more useful.
