Not possible, Windows Mail has no Out of Office/Vacation response capabilities. This is best handled at your ISP; if they have webmail, they very likely have an Out of Office feature for it. You can simulate this using Message Rules, however, you have to leave your computer powered up and logged in the entire time you're gone and ANY incident on this computer that should come up which requires input from you will halt the process. Vacation responses aren't necessarily a good thing in the first place because they alert the whole world to the fact that you're not home and your house may be unoccupied.
