- Hi,
Try these :
UnLocker has been reported as having issues on 64 bit Vista.
Author's site shows it as Vista supported now - download it from Softpedia as Author's site has an issue right
now with the download.
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ <--- site has issues
Download here
http://www.softpedia.com/reviews/windows/Unlocker-Review-106258.shtml <-- Download UnLocker here
Download - SAVE - go to where you put it - Right Click on - RUN AS ADMIN
The below also work on 64 bit Vista
Another good alternative - Use FileAssassin :
FileAssassin - Free
http://www.malwarebytes.org/fileassassin.php
Force Delete (Cannot Delete) Locked or In Used Files or Folders with FileASSASSIN
http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/27/force-delete-cannot-delete-locked-or-in-used-files-or-folders-with-fileassassin/
Download - SAVE - go to where you put it - Right Click on - RUN AS ADMIN
And this - MoveOnBoot
MoveOnBoot

Hope this helps.

- Hi,
Glad to have been of help. Please mark my response above as the answer so others can find it.
You have System Restore issues? Please start another thread describing your system, the problem
and what you have observed and tried to fix it. And any error messages.
