Numeric keypad
- My Daughter & I share the PC. Both with our own accounts. Its a Dell 520 using Vista Home Basic.
The numeric keypad won't work for her login, but does for mine [light is on] Any ideas please? Thanks

Ø Do you have any other issues with that particular user account?
I would suggest you to Turn off the MouseKeys accessibility feature. To do this, follow the steps mentioned for Vista in the following article.
You cannot type numbers by using the numeric keypad on your keyboard when you turn on the MouseKeys accessibility feature in Windows

Check if the issue is resolved.
