I have never been able to print coupons from an online coupon source even after installing the coupon printer software on our Vista laptop using either Internet Explorer or Firefox.  I feel this is a Vista error because I can print Microsoft Office documents to the printer successfully from this laptop.  I will install the coupon printer driver but it never works.  I can print the coupons from the desktop successfully, but it doesn't use Vista.

    Hi Lahalbo,

    Welcome to Microsoft Answers.

    ·         Who is the manufacture of the printer?

    ·         Are you able to print other WebPages?

    ·         Which edition of internet explorer are you using?

Note: Only if it’s a Printer from Coupon, you will have to install those drivers. Online Coupon WebPages are nothing to do with “Coupon Printer”.

Some multimedia content (such as videos, slide shows, or content created with Adobe Flash) does not print when you print a webpage. To print this type of content, right-click the image or control, and then click Print. Be aware that not all websites will let you print this type of content, due to copyright restrictions. If the Print option is not available, the website will not let you print the content.
