So I recently got this new pair of headsets [Product URL http://us-webstore.cybersnipa.com/p/742946/cyber-snipa-sonar-51-headset.html ] and the sound works fine. But, I have been having trouble with the microphone because when I tried to install the USB sound driver, I get the message that the driver failed to install. I also got the message that USB device has exceeded its bandwidth. I have looked over the forums of the people who create the product [Cyber Snipa] and noticed a post with the exact problems as mine: http://www.cybersnipa.com/support/index.php?page=ticket&id=15 . I tried un-installing and re-installing the driver, but I get the same problem. What do I do?. Below is the problem report from Vista:

    Hi RathTheNomad,

The Code 10 error code is generated when Device Manager has insufficient information or the error that is bubbled up by the device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. Additionally, this error may occur when one of the drivers that the device needs does not start. If many drivers are being used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine the one that failed. Follow the Article to help you troubleshoot this problem:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943104

    Update the driver

In the device Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard. Follow the instructions to update the driver.

You may be prompted to provide the path of the driver. Windows may have the driver built-in, or may still have the driver files installed from the last time that you set up the device. If you are asked for the driver and you do not have it, you can try to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s Web site. Follow this Article to help you update a driver.
