    Hi,

    The recovery partition should only have the image supplied by your PC manufacturer to replace your operating system and relevant drivers, nothing else. If you are storing files on this drive I suggest you remove them to either a removable drive, DVD or large capacity USB flash drive. Any files you need to save should be defaulting to drive C: not drive D:
