I have Windows Vista Home on my laptop and until uesterday I had two different user accounts both with administrator privilages. I deleted one just for easy of use and now when I am trying to install new software for a Blackberry phone I get a message that says " Wizard was interrupted before sofware could be installed" how can I correct this situation and install the software that would synch my phone and laptop. I has addressed this issue with Blackberry's technicalsupport and they tell me their fixes won't work because it's a system issue.

Try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

It could be that your installation package is somehow damaged and fails to properly install.  The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility can remove the old installer package so that you can download a newer, and hopefully, undamaged installer that will work properly.

    Please keep us posted.
