HP Officejet 7110 incomaptible with Vista
- My HP Officejet 7110 keeps having scanner failure whenever I try to scan using HP's workaround (open Windows Photo Gallery and import from scanner). Seems to be a compatiblilty issue which my Vista driver is supposed to be able to handle. How do I make the 2 play nicely together?1 person got this answerI do too

HP writes the Drivers for their Products, not Microsoft.
If HP's workaround is not working, you will have to contact HP.

Printer Manufacturers have a cut off point where it is in their better interests to sell you a new Printer than write Drivers for the older Printers.
Time to buy a new Printer

- HP does not supply a fully featured driver for this model for Vista, the printer uses the default Vista driver which only provides basic capabilities.
If this is no good to you then you need to upgrade your printer
