    Pages beyond the first page of an e-mail do not print, if you activate "print" under FILE selection.  This problem does not occur if you use the printer icon in the horizontal line where you have "new", "delete", '"junk", etal.  However, the program does not allow you to select PRINT COLOR IN BLACK AND WHITE.  How do you select this option?

    Are you able to print from other applications?

    When was the last time it was working?
