Flight Simulator with Acceleration Expansion Pack won't load.
- I have had many (More than 75) hours of flying enjoyment with flight simulator after it was loaded. I am also running Just Flight "Cargo Pilot" expansion with FSX and have also had seamless integration with this product until Thursday. I flew a flight from Indianapolis to Norfolk and after the plane landed as always per Cargo Pilot I tried to close out Flight Simulator. The game stopped responding and crashed. After 25 minutes I restarted my system. Now even by itself I cannot get Flight Simulator to open. I just loads the title box and begins thinking like it wants to load the program but nothing happens.
I want to save reinstall to be a complete last resort as I have completed many of the missions in FS and I don't want to loose any of my flight log or flight history.
Is there anything I can do short of uninstalling and reinstalling?
Thanks!

Hi,
Welcome to Microsoft Answers!
Check in Windows Update if any updates has taken place before the game crashed?
To resolve this issue, you may try to rename the Logbook.bin file. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Click My Documents or Documents.
3. Double-click the Microsoft Flight Simulator X Files folder to open it.
4. Right-click the Logbook.bin file, and then click Rename.
5. Rename the file to Logbook.OLD, and then press ENTER.
6. Start Flight Simulator X to create a new Logbook file.
Hope this information is helpful.
