video game will not load cd rom

i have a game that will not load on my computer. i do belive it did on my last computer wich had vista but not this one. it's duke nukum 3 d on cd rom and it will play the music off the disc but not load the game for playing. any clue on whats happening,my other cd games load fine. e:\install.ex is all i get when i tryto play it or load it.

You will have to install Duke nukem 3d with http://www.dosbox.com/
