for no apparent reason i cannot open a windows shortcut in normal view....it opens with small box about an inch high and 8 inches long.....after that i can maximixe but when i close out and re-enter it opens small box again__

I HAVE 925 CONTACTS IN WINDOWS CONTACTS. WHEN I PUT NEW CONTACTS IN IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO FIND THEM WITH THE SEARCH. AM I AT THE MAX FOR CONTACTS OR IS THERE ANOTHER ISSUE?

I start Wordpad, and it defaults to Arial size 10. I would like it to open with Times new Roman, size 12, which is what I alwats use. How can I make this change?
