    Hi,

I'm assuming you are referring to the image preview thumbnails? On the affected machine, right click the taskbar, choose properties and enable the line to "Show Windows Previews" on the first tab.

When I go to the tab on the affected machine, the option is greyed out so I can't chek the box, why?

    Hi,

Usually that's because either a Vista theme is not selected, or the Themes service is not running.
