    Hi All,
I'm trying to use different colours for different appts (using Windows Calanders).  Can't seem to do it.  When I select the colour box, it changes the colour for all appts not the selected one.  I have looked through this web site, but haven't had any luck.  I am running Windows Vista on a new Hp Laptop 1130tx.  Many thanks xx

    Hello Guitar Gal,

Thank you for posting.  The functionality you are looking for is not available in Windows Calendar.  To be able to set different color for individual appointments you would need to upgrade to a program like Outlook 2007.  I hope this information is helpful.

    Thanks,

    Jack
