AnswerNative Resolution 1680x1050 Not Available on Slider

I am using Vista Basic 32bit
    Westinghouse lcm 22w3 monitor
    Nvidia GeForce 8400gs
I put my computer to sleep and when it "woke up" my screen resolution had changed to 1280x1050. When I tried to change the resolution back to the monitor's native in both Windows Customization and Nvidia Control Panel, 1680x1050 didn't show on either slider.
Nvidia Control Panel shows my monitor model as an Acer al1714, which is obviously not the case.
I've tried everything that I can think of.  Updating to the latest Nvidia drivers, uninstalling the card and drivers in and out of safe mode and even a complete reformat, with no results.
I managed to create a custom resolution in Nvidia Control Panel for 1680x1050, but the screen is still blurry and somewhat distorted.  Also when I tried to start World of Warcraft I got a message basically saying that no supported graphics card was available.  I've been using this system with no problems for nearly a year, and I'm not sure what the problem is.

    Hi,

If your were unable to resolve it by a complete reformat and reinstall with fresh video drivers, then the card has likely failed in some fashion and needs to be replaced.
