    In the mean time, follow the instructions which might help you in resolving the issues.

     

    Let us try updating the graphics and video drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

     

    If that does not work, you need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

     

    You can also try updating the graphics and video drivers from device manager which might help you in resolving the issue.
