    Yep. It appeared overnight, apparently. The link to join the beta from the main page is still not changed, so it is closed to new participants at this point.

    So, is the download just available for testers to re-install the beta, in case something goes wrong?

    It is available for approved testers for reinstall or install to another machine if the original download was not saved or if you are going to install to a different OS - 32 bit vs. 64 bit Vista/Win7 vs. XP.
