I need to remove some quarentined viruses on MSE but I am unclear or really don't see an option where I can remove them. I had set actions to remove before then but they changed back to recommended choice on it's own. I really want to remove them.

I downloaded Microsoft security essentials and every 3 seconds this pops up( Trojam:winNT/Omexo.A) and I tell it to remove it and then it tells me to restart computer and I do so but as soon as it getts started up it pops up again. Please Help Thanks
