    Everything is set up correctly in my POP3 accounts for the yahoo.com system and all yahoo accounts have been verified, but the emails are still sitting in the outbox and won't send.  I can successfully log into Yahoo.com with the POP3 username and passwords.  My ISP (AT&T) tells me it's an Outlook problem and all troubleshooting on the web for MS Outlook 2007 tells me it's an ISP problem. It was all working perfectly fine for the past 9 months until AT&T did something and I had to reset my sub-account (POP#) passwords about a week ago.  Help!
