I have an emachines ET1161.  I have been trying to use the recovery disks to install Vista home premium back on the computer.  I get all the way to the end and it tells me there is not enough room on the disk.   i can install a complete pc back up using vista ultimate which is on a different computer and the d drive turns red and shows only 4 mb free.   It reads D  9.83 GB  NTFS  Healthy(System, active, primary partition) and C reads  C  288.26GB NTFS Healthy(Boot, pagefile, crashdump, primary partition.   what i need to know is how to get that system back to c drive so it loads right.  Or if anyone knows if the d drive is on a partition on the master drive.   or is it seperate from that.  if it's all on one if i replaced the drive would it work?
