    It's pathetic how you have to pay to get help with Windows or something else. Isn't it enough that people go out and pay for the software, then have a problem so they have to pay to get help? I mean, when someone buys a Windows disk, they have support for a limited time, but after that time, they have to pay to get help. It's just stupid.

    you will get an answer, if your question was clear usually more than one person will answer with the same solutkion

    so yes they do have free question answering you do need to create a user account, sign in, and they will even email to your hotmail, gmail etc  the answer when it comes in
