I am trying to ask a question. After entering the question and hitting submit, I get a message Body must be 4 to 60000 characters long. __What gives?

  Ok, to send this I entered help in more details. Nowere is it labeled BODY.

  In the area where it says "add details" (where you wrote "help") we need to have at least 4 charatcters. Thanks for the catch on this, we'll change the error message.

  It's now November 5, 2009 and I just got the same error message.  Apparently this hasn't been changed yet and it is still not clear that it means.  I wrote a whole sentence so there were certainly more than 4 characters in my question.  As you can well imagine, this is pretty frustrating because now I am just wasting time trying to get around some kind of glitch.
